As the name suggests, sweeping robots are robots that automatically sweep the floor clean. Generally speaking, after the sweeping robot is turned on, it will start from the charging base, and then scan the environment to draw a map.
The laser-sweeping robot is to generate an indoor map by means of laser ranging, and on this basis, the cleaning route is reasonably planned. It is equipped with a rotatable laser emitter and a matching receiver at the top, which emits a laser to scan itself to the point of each point on the boundary to generate a digital map, which can be updated in real time based on changes in the position of the furniture inside the house.
The visual navigation sweeping robot scans the surrounding environment with the camera mounted on the top, and then combines the infrared sensor to map the room using mathematical operations and geometry and trigonometry to navigate and change the position of each landmark in the front and rear images. To determine the current moving route, and to update and adjust the environment model it builds.
While sweeping the map, the sweeping robot is also cleaning. The side brush sweeps the garbage to the suction port, and the sweeping robot sucks the garbage into the dust box in the fuselage, and the exhaust gas is filtered through the filter screen and discharged.
Most of the sweeping robots are planned to be cleaned. The walking route is mostly bow type, so the coverage is higher. When the sweeping robot finishes cleaning or the battery is low, it will automatically return to the charging base to charge and prepare for the next cleaning.
